Went to speedway on Saturday night, was an excellent night after not having been for some time. There wasn’t many accidents which in some ways is good and some bad – its always exciting watching a Sprint Car flipping, but it gets boring when you have to wait for them to clear the track.

Speedway city track was always known as a very good track but it didn’t seem as good as it used to be, there were some major ruts going into turn 1 and coming out of turn 2 – which I was sitting near – and at times it was really affecting cars and probably caused one of the major accidents of the night.

I took the digital camera to get some photos. The photos are of Max Dumsney the winner of the Sprint Car A Main and the other car is an AMCA Nationals car, don’t know the driver’s name but he was definetely the fastest driver over the night.

Well the Melbourne trip is getting closer and I am beginning to get prepared and working out transport into Melbourne for the events that I am planning on attending. I hope to get a new phone before I go away and I will be able to blog direct from that – how cool is that.
