On Easter Saturday I went up to see the Historic Racing at Mallala. It was an excellent day and Mallala turned on its typical unusual weather, it was about 20degrees but the sun was out all day and I got sun burnt. It was an excellent day of racing, although very different to V8 Supercar racing in that there was no biff and barge, but there was still plenty of great racing.

There was even some Birrana cars there, some of the Birrana designed and built cars from yesteryear, I have only ever seen photos of them put i finally got an oppurtunity to see them live and on the track. Below are pictures of the three Birrana cars.
