Well what can I say, I dont like Rap or RnB so I wasn’t looking forward to him. However having said that I gained a new sense of Kanye West when he spoke about how he had an accident almost died and that if it wasn’t for his faith in Jesus he most likely wouldnt be here today (well something along those lines) it made me appreciate him a lot more. Now I still dont like his music but as a fairly big name artist to come out and say those things is quite refreshing. We constantly hear American artists with their token thanking God at awards ceremonies, but this felt really and legit. After looking on the internet of various stories about Kanye it appears to be fairly well backed up. Some of his lyrics are perfect and I am sure he isnt perfect, but who is – there arent many.

Well his show was fairly lack lustre because I didn’t like his music but it was only the forerunner for the main event U2. More on them tomorrow and a stack of photos also.
