Woohoo, I finally received word today that my tenants have bought a house and are moving out. Their settlement date is November 28, so they need to paint and carpet the new house so I will probably move in during the second week of December or maybe the weekend of the 6th - V8 Grand Finale weekend. New Years Eve party is now at my house - see you there.
