Similar story with the whole display home, massive discounts etc etc and because I was offered such massive discounts I felt pressured to sign up. A few hours later I came to my scenes and tried to cancel the contract, this is where I was told that the materials were already ordered and that I'd have to pay regardless, advised the sales manager that this would cause financial hardship but there was no sympathy.... every time i see another house with modern roller shutters sign out the front I just think its another poor sucker that got swept up in sales hype. Someone knocked on the door earlier this week, and same as you we were intested in the approximate cost only. Long story short, the guy came, spent three hours at our place ( we had to get take away after 9pm!) and gave us the hardest sell- dropping the price by over 3 grand, speaking with his 'boss' twice, and giving us the 'only for today' rubbish. I've since done some of my own investigating and it appears many of his claims about what the roof needs are false... Will not use Bramalco for anything in future.
