Update on Bandit Technology

An update on my previous post.
I eventually sent the package back on 28th March
Received confirmation that they received it on 31st March 11:35am
Received notification that replacement was on the way via Singapore 1st April 6:49pm
Received shipment at despatch dock at work 4th April 9am
Not bad service, item replaced in a week, no thanks to Bandit [...]
